We try to show product images, descriptions and prices accurately. Fragrance colour and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if a price or stock detail was shown in error.

Orders and payment

Orders may be placed through the cart, which sends your order details to us on WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly. An order is confirmed only after we confirm it with you and payment terms are agreed.

Shipping

We ship across India. Free shipping applies on orders above the amount shown on our website. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier.

Returns and replacements

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
